No Refunds Policy

All purchases are final. Trigger.Trade does not offer refunds for any subscription plans or services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final and non-refundable.

Trigger.Trade operates on a no-refund policy. All subscription purchases, regardless of plan type (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

  • All monthly subscription plans
  • All one-time purchases (if applicable)
  • All services and features included in your subscription
  • All exchanges and platform access

Why No Refunds?

We maintain a no-refund policy for the following reasons:

  • Immediate Access: Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to all features, source code, documentation, and tools
  • Digital Products: As digital products cannot be "returned," refunds are not applicable
  • Fair Pricing: Our subscription plans are priced competitively and provide ongoing value
  • Continuous Updates: Your subscription includes monthly updates, new exchanges, and feature additions

Before You Purchase

We encourage you to:

  • Review our documentation to understand what's included

  • Review the features list to ensure it meets your needs
  • Contact us at support if you have any questions before purchasing

Subscription Cancellation

While refunds are not available, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
  • No future charges will be made after cancellation
  • To cancel, contact us at support@trigger.trade or through your Whop account

Note: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Billing errors on our part
