No, we do not offer refunds. All purchases are final. Once you subscribe, the transaction is non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Yes! You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference between your current plan and the new plan.

You can use TradingView's Webhook alerts to send HTTP POST requests to your Trigger.Trade endpoint. The connector accepts JSON payloads that match the API format.
